Prof.Xucheng Yin

University of Science and Technology Beijing

Xucheng Yin is a professor and a doctoral director, a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, the chief scientist of the Science and Technology Innovation 2030 - “New Generation of Artificial Intelligence” major project, the dean of the School of Computer and Communication Engineering at the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB), the director of the Laboratory for Pattern Recognition and He is the director of the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, the director of the Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence Technology Innovation Laboratory, and the director of the Document Image Analysis and Recognition Committee of the Chinese Society of Graphics. His main research areas include pattern recognition, text recognition, computer vision, industrial intelligence and industrial software technology and applications, and he has published more than 100 papers in international journals and conferences recommended by the Chinese Computer Society, and has been awarded the First Prize of Beijing Municipal Scientific and Technological Progress (FY2019 and FY2023), the First Prize of Wu Wenjun Award for Artificial Intelligence Technology and Invention (FY2022), and the First Prize of the Chinese Institute of Electronics for Scientific and Technological Progress (FY2023).

Prof. Yong Xu

Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen)

Dr. Xu Yong is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), Director of Shenzhen Key Laboratory for Visual Target Detection and Recognition, a Distinguished Professor of the "Changjiang Scholars" Program by the Ministry of Education, a recipient of the Guangdong Provincial "Special Support Talent Plan", a Shenzhen Pengcheng Scholar, and a Shenzhen National-level Leading Talent. His main research directions include pattern recognition, computer vision, visual large models, etc. He has made outstanding academic achievements in the field of artificial intelligence, being listed in the 2024 Global Top 0.05% Top Scientists list released by the international academic institution ScholarGPS; he has been consecutively selected as an Elsevier China High Cited Scholar for seven years, and ranked among the top 100 domestic and top 1,000 global computer scientists in the Global Top Computer Scientists Rankings released by Guide2Research. He has presided over multiple national and provincial-level projects, obtained more than 40 authorized invention patents, and won 8 provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards/natural science awards/technology invention awards. His social appointments include Editor-in-Chief of the international academic journal International Journal of Image and Graphics, Founding Associate Editor of the flagship journal of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, and Standing Committee Member of the Pattern Recognition Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence.

Prof. Jun Yu

Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen)

Prof. Jun Yu is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and currently serves as a Full Professor (Level II) and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), where he also holds the position of Dean at the School of Artificial Intelligence and Engineering. He obtained his Bachelor's and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Computer Science at Zhejiang University and completed postdoctoral research at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Prof. Yu has been recognized through prestigious national talent programs including the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars and the Young Chang Jiang Scholars Program. He has led several key research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key R&D Program of China, and provincial-level outstanding youth talent programs. His research focuses on image processing and analysis, as well as multimodal content understanding. With an impressive publication record, Professor Yu has authored over 100 papers in IEEE/ACM Transactions and CCF-A category journals, secured more than 30 national invention patents, and accumulated over 13,000 citations on Google Scholar. He serves on the editorial boards of renowned journals such as IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (TCSVT) and Pattern Recognition. His outstanding research contributions have been recognized with Best Paper Awards from IEEE TMM, TIP, and TCYB journals as first author, and he received the First Prize of Provincial Natural Science Award in 2021 (first rank). His research achievements have been successfully implemented in practical applications by organizations including People's Daily and Alibaba.

Prof. Xinggang Wang

Huazhong University of Science and Technology

Xinggang Wang is a professor and blogger at the School of Telecommunications, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is mainly engaged in the research of visual representation learning, target detection segmentation tracking and other fields, with 40,000 Google Scholar citations and 6 papers with 1000+ citations in first work/correspondence. He has been selected as one of the national young talents, and has been awarded the Hubei Youth May Fourth Medal, CSIG Young Scientist Award, CAAI Wu Wenjun Outstanding Young Scientist Award, CVMJ Best Paper Award, MIR Journal Most Cited Paper Award, and Microsoft Scholar Award, etc. He is currently a professor of Image and Vision Computing. He is currently the co-editor-in-chief of Image and Vision Computing journal, IEEE TPAMI AE, CVPR/ICCV/NeurIPS AC.

Prof. Xuemiao Xu

South China University of Technology

Xuemiao Xu, B.S. Director, Vice President of Junde Academy, Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology, Guangdong Province Science and Technology Innovation Young Talents, Pearl River Science and Technology Rising Star. She is a key researcher of the State Key Laboratory of Subtropical Building Science - Smart City Research Direction in the Greater Bay Area, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Joint Laboratory of Big Data and Robotics Intelligence under the Ministry of Education, and the Guangdong Key Laboratory of Computational Intelligence and Network Spatial Information. He is also a member of several special committees, including Computer Vision of the Chinese Computer Society, Multimedia Intelligence of the Society of Graphics and Graphics, and Graphics Big Data of the Graphics Society. In recent years, Prof. Xu has published more than 50 papers in international important journals and conferences on artificial intelligence, vision and graphics, among which 36 papers are SCI papers, 1 highly cited paper in ESI, 15 papers in ACM/IEEEE Transactions journals, and 8 papers in top conferences; he has applied for 20 invention patents, and 9 patents have been authorized; he presided over 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 6 major special projects in Guangdong Province, and the production value of industrialized products has been increased. Special projects, industrialized output value of more than 800 million. He led the graduate student team to participate in the "Digital Human Body" AI Challenge and Vision Challenge organized by Aliyun and won two national championships, "Digital China Innovation Competition" - Intelligent Inventory won the national championship, "National Artificial Intelligence Competition" (Pedestrian Re-recognition), and "National Artificial Intelligence Competition" (Pedestrian Re-recognition). The "Digital China Innovation Competition" - Intelligent Inventory won the national champion, and "National Artificial Intelligence Competition" (Pedestrian Re-recognition) won the third place.
